Order Processing
Once you have made a purchase and the payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order.
Depending on which method you choose, you can see below how you will receive your order.
Pickup
You will receive an email and/or text message with directions on where and when your order will be ready for pickup. It is very important you wait for this message as this is how you will receive the pickup location and arrangements of when your order will be ready!
Untracked Shipping
All orders with untracked shipping will be shipped out within 72 hours. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order for orders in Canada. For orders outside of Canada please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. These times do not include order processing time.

Tracked Shipping
All orders with tracked shipping will be shipped out within 5 business days. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order for orders in Canada. For orders outside of Canada please allow up to 10-20 business days to receive your order. These times do not include order processing time.
